Recap of episode 19 of the fourth season of “A Million Little Things”: Melora Hardin is the guest star again
In A million little things Season 4 Episode 19, the episode opens with Maggie very annoyed by her mother, Patricia Bloom, for almost everything, even the gift of “lucky socks”. Although Gary intended to accompany Maggie to her IVF appointment, she falls ill unexpectedly. Instead, Maggie has to invite her mother.
Maggie cries unexpectedly at her mother in a doctor’s office. After insisting with Gary that she will be able to handle IVF, she worries that she’s not ready to be a mother. Although Patricia Bloom was not intimate with her daughter, she supported her during the situation. They share a very sweet moment together. Maggie and Gary discover they have recovered 11 healthy eggs.
Later, Patricia sends Maggie and Gary the baby dress they brought Maggie home in. Then Dr. Anderson calls and tells Maggie that only one embryo made it.

Shanice Williamson’s visit creates a ripple effect in episode 19 of the fourth season of “A Million Little Things”.
A million little things Season 4 Episode 19 opens with a scene with Greta and Katherine; the couple has a difficult conversation. Greta can’t believe Katherine didn’t tell Shanice she had a girlfriend. Katherine also reveals that she kissed Shanice and didn’t tell the actor that she had a girlfriend. The tattoo artist is rightfully upset and she suggests they take a break as they were both single shortly after their recent relationships.
After a week, Katherine still hasn’t heard from Greta. Carter (Sam Pancake) returns to the show and suggests that Katherine explore things with Shanice Williamson. Then, they meet for lunch and Shanice thanks Katherine for pushing her to share her truth with her world. Katherine agrees to go to Miami with Shanice, but she unexpectedly changes her mind when she thinks about how she will make Greta feel. However, when Katherine tracks Greta to the animal hospital, she learns that Greta’s pet cat is dead. Greta’s wife Julia (Jessica Lindsay) returns and they share a heartfelt hug.
When Katherine later says goodnight to Theo, her room is finally transformed into a 12-year-old boy! Other eagle-eye fans will likely notice that the artwork in Theo’s bedroom is no longer dinosaur and jungle themed.

Eddie and Anna embark on a weekend out of town
Also in A million little things Season 4 Episode 19, Sophie watches Eddie (David Giuntoli) and Anna (Erin Karpluk) packing for a weekend away. When Sophie comments that they are packing their bags lightly, they insist that they intend to stay inside. You think the conversation is gross. While traveling, Eddie explains that he believes traveling together can make or break a couple.
When trying to check into a hotel, the receptionist discriminates against Eddie for being in a wheelchair. Then, Anna tries a false accent and calls to book a room. The clerk admits they only have one ADA approved room and the plumbing is broken.
Roma comes face to face with her childhood bully from Sussex Prep
Madison reveals in Rome how difficult it is for their parents to understand that they always felt uncomfortable as a girl. They ask Rome to speak to their parents and the teacher realizes that their father, Clark Ainsworth (Sebastien Roberts), is the bully who put the inscription “White Only” on the fountain. When Claire (Caroline Cave) and Clark sit down for the parent-teacher conference, Clark apologizes for being hard on Rome when they were young.
Clark and Claire admit that “the whole Maddox thing” is a lot to work through. Rome uses his pronouns to refer to Maddox during the conference and the parents are uncomfortable. Then they ask the principal to put an end to Rome immediately because he is the root of the “Maddox problem”.
Meanwhile, when Regina tries to surprise Tyrell (Adam Swain) at his mixer at Yale, she discovers he hasn’t attended. Later, Tyrell lies to Gina when she asks him. When she confronts him, he leaves. Valley admits Tyrell doesn’t want to go to Yale.
Sophie finds more information about Kai and Peter in episode 19 of the fourth season of “A Million Little Things”.
Later A million little things Season 4 Episode 19, Sophie finds out more about Kai and Peter. When Sophie finds Kai at work in a coffee shop, she Kai she admits that she is in love with Peter. She met Peter at a community college conference and he gave her a scholarship. Kai felt that Peter had helped her become a better pianist and they spent weekends together. After the divorce, she took friends to meet him, but Peter “freaked out”. Kai admits that her group session made her feel worse because it meant she wasn’t special to Peter.
Sophie discovers that Peter came to visit Kai in Cozze the night before he died. However, he made an appointment to see her play. Kai was devastated, so she went to her house to report him. When she got home she saw Anna. Then viewers get another glimpse of Eddie and Anna happily vacationing together.
