All Netflix series for June 2022: Peaky Blinders is back!

If the Stranger Things 4 review has confirmed the goodness of the Duffer brothers’ project, now it will be the turn of two other series much loved by subscribers who will have to prove that they live up to expectations, that is Peaky Blinderswhich is now nearing its conclusion, and Umbrella Academy. Among the new entries there is instead great curiosity around another great name, The Paper House: Korea. This, compared to Alex Pina’s show, will take us, as the title suggests, to Korea, and the authors and actors themselves are Korean, thus guaranteeing a real brand new product that will probably only take up the main vein of the original, for another reckless robbery.

Peaky Blinders, season 6 (June 10, 2022)

The wait has come to an end, the sixth and final season of Peaky Blinders, a series created by Steven Knight, is about to return, led by the great cast of the past seasons. In fact, we will find in their respective roles Cillian Murphy, Sam Claflin, Tom Hardy, Paul Anderson, Finn Cole, Anya Taylor-Joy, Natasha O’Keeffe and Sophie Rundle.

As we wrote in the Peaky Blinders 5 review, the previous season was mainly used to prepare the ground to the final showdown, and now that the time has come we will see how the Shelby family will react to what lies ahead. What is certain is that they will not fail intrigue, action and twistsfor a title that has now become a certainty, and over time has confirmed itself as one of the most interesting in the serial panorama.

The Umbrella Academy, season 3 (June 22, 2022)

After a brilliant debut, in our review of Umbrella Academy 2 we told you how the second season managed to improve what we saw previously, bringing a lively and engaging story to the screen.

Steve Blackman and his team have therefore managed to carry out the project in the best way, and now we are ready to embrace the adventures of Hargreeves brothers and all the other characters we’ve come to know over the course of the episodes. Finally, as regards the cast, we will find Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Colm Feore, Ritu Arya, Justin Cornwell, Britne Oldford, Jake Epstein, Genesis Rodriguez, Cazzie David and Javon ‘Wanna’ Walton.

The Paper House: Korea, season 1 (June 24, 2022)

The success of La Casa di Carta was certainly significant, transforming the protagonists into real stars. Of course the series, as written in the review of La Casa di Carta 5, has often sacrificed the script in favor of entertainment, but given the affection of the fans it can be said that the target of the production has been largely reached.

But now we move on from Spain to Korea, for a new title that taking inspiration from the original will take us to a completely different place. La Casa Di Carta: Korea is headed by Kim Hong-sun and written by Ryu Yong-jae, and given the change of staff and setting it will be interesting to understand what path this new version will take; and who knows if the Korean authors will also be able to surpass the creators of the mother, perhaps giving greater importance to writing.
