Marvel Studios explained why Captain Marvel had a very limited presence in Avengers: Endgame compared to the other protagonists.
Marvel Studios has finally answered a question that the Avengers: Endgame viewers, the most recent and important of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, have been asking themselves over the last few months. Why was Captain Marvel so little in the film, despite his enormous powers?
Captain Marvel had a limited role in Avengers: Endgame, and now we also know why: Marvel Studios confirmed that heroin was too powerful. He could easily carry out every single fight against the enemies, even alone, thus relegating the original Avengers to a secondary role (and instead they had to be the real protagonists, at the end of a journey that lasted so many years and so many films).
Not all fans have appreciated this choice by Marvel Studios, considering Captain Marvel’s choice to run to help the various planets of the Universe affected by the snap of Thanos, leaving the Land. However, Captain Marvel will surely be important in Phase Four.
