Despite this, it is difficult to consider his performance as particularly successful. The portal “ran.de” rated him at 3 (scale 1-6, 1 is the highest score).

He was not in sight for the first 37 minutes, but then he took the first real chance and scored. In the second half, except for the next two chances, he was practically invisible – summed up.

The same note was issued to Lewandowski by the internet edition of “Abendzeitung Muenchen”.

“He was rarely or never seen at the beginning of the first half. With his second shot, he scored the fourteenth goal of the season. Shortly after the break, he scored over the goal, then hard but imprecise – comments the editorial office.

“Sport.de” rated the Polish representative lower, at 3.5. The portal reminded him, among others two missed opportunities in the second half.

– You haven’t seen him for a long time. He brought Bayern back into the game in the 38th minute – it was written.

Also “Spox.com” awarded Lewandowski 3.5.

– He was poorly connected with the team game again. For this reason, he often went back deeper. His goal was world class. After the break, he wasted two good opportunities to equalize – assessed.

After the game, Lewandowski commented on the course of the match with Augsburg and his absence in the rivalry between Poland and Hungary – we quote his statement HERE.

Bayern will play their next match on Tuesday. Then he will face Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League.
