“Renaissance” was leaked and caught in the public’s favor early on, intensifying the frenzy around the work. Beyonce she had to deal with criticism of the lyrics of two of the 16 tracks, for different reasons, and was even accused of plagiarism for another song.
As the time of “Renaissance” continues, Beyonce released a 4-track EP consisting of different remixes of their song “Break My Soul”, including Will.i.am, Honey Dijon, Terry Hunter and Nita Aviance. Each new iteration of “Break My Soul” adds a different touch of dance music to the already hugely popular single.
