After his visit to Rock en Seine last week, Billie Eilish headed for England. In London, the interpreter of Therefore I Am got involved for the climate after giving an intimate show on August 29th. On stage, the artist stopped the show several times – to better help his fans. Explanations.
“I haven’t played in a small hall for six years. I forgot what to do…I’m having a panic attack right now”
Announced at the last moment, the surprise show was held at the Electric Ballroom (in Camden) on August 29th. On the program, an intimate concert but also some surprise guests (such as Boygenius). Billie Eilish had planned a setlist of 20 songs and, in the middle of the third, the artist took the time to take care of her fans : “Can we have some water for the crowd?” »she asked the security service before wondering: “Where is the security? Am I security now? »
” I haven’t played in a small hall for six years. I forgot what to do…I’m having a panic attack right now,” will she then launch to the public before adding:“I felt like it was a good idea…once. You look like you want to die, take a step back”.
Faced with the enthusiasm of the fans, Billie Eilish will stop several times to make sure that everyone is well: “ It’s only been a minute since you backed off. Who needs an inhaler? I feel like babysitting. Are you okay with me continuing? »
On the setlist side, the artist played classics such as bad guy, Happier Than Ever or even bury a friend.
