As part of the latest campaign, together with labor market experts and representatives of generation Z, the free “Futureproof” application was created, which allows you to define professional preferences, taking into account the personality of a given user. Once they are defined, the person using the tool can learn about the potential career development directions assigned to the skills and character.
From the tool, you can also find out which professions may have the broadest perspectives within the selected industry, as well as what needs to be done to start doing them. In total, the platform has more than 100 inspiring texts for young people that will enable them to better prepare, among others, the challenges posed on the labor market or an online interview.
For the purposes of the campaign, a spot was created to encourage Generation Z to look optimistically into the future, as well as to develop their passions, which can naturally support their professional path.
The campaign will run on social media such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and Spotify.
The material by Saatchi & Saatchi London was directed by Rollo Jackson, and Billie Eilish also appeared in the film, which is a vision of the future.
