What is the game about?
But how would you under money? You can earn the money via landing on property squares that have investment opportunities. It could be anything starting from a sushi restaurant to some store that sells animation stuff.
Once you are done with your investment activities, you need to wait till March. When March arrives, that is when those investments of yours would get paid off.
But what would you be doing until March comes? In the meantime, that is until the arrival of March, you could be looking for errant monsters. They could shower you with all kinds of riches. But at the same time, they could also destroy your plans completely.
Landing on item squares could also earn you some extra money. This could result in two things. One is that you could become richer and reach your goals faster. The other outcome would be that you ruined the plans of your rivals completely. Either way, it’s a win-win situation for you.

Billion Roads is a multiplayer board game that you can play online with your friends. A maximum of four players can play the game. If you think about it, it is sort of like a monopoly.
Gameplay
Remember how in monopoly we would have to move around the board and go about buying properties along the way at certain stops? That is almost exactly how you need to go about the gameplay of Billion Roads.
The game will start with all the players on some property square that has been chosen randomly. The two main objectives of the players in the game would be to reach the final destinations selected by the announcers and have the most riches by the end of the game.
The period for which the game lasts is defined by years. Within the game, one year still consists of 12 months, but it starts in April. Once everyone has had a single turn, the month changes.
In every turn, each player gets the option to either roll or use an item. If you want to advance in the game you need to roll 6 sided dice and then move the spaces that the dice suggest. You will see that there exists a yellow arrow that would be pointing and showing you the direction to your goal. You also have a map, and to look around in it you can press the Y key. The squares to which you would be allowed to move to would be highlighted with a yellow border and there would be a total of 10 kinds of it in the game.
