Blur have canceled their Thursday concert due to drummer Dave Rowntree injuring his knee.
Blur have canceled their appearance at the Beauregard Festival this Thursday, July 6, due to a knee injury to their drummer Dave Rowntree.
The news comes just days before the band is due to take the stage for two shows at London’s Wembley Stadium on 8 and 9 July.

Royal Blood will instead perform as Thursday’s new headliners. Festival organizers said ticket holders could request a refund for the concert.
Blur has yet to publicly comment on the incident. It is not yet known whether Rowntree’s injury will affect the concerts at Wembley Stadium, or whether he will perform or whether another musician will replace him.
