“It’s really crazy … I saw an excerpt from the last documentary, and I regret to inform you that most of the things you saw in it are untrue. I’m trying to take some distance from it all. First, it’s all in the past. Second, is this all in the past? Can dialogue stay on some decent level? Thirdly, they used some beautiful video materials from my life “- the artist wrote on her Instagram.

Unfortunately, the fans did not believe that the post was written by Britney herself – that’s why the comment was full of shouts to give the star her profiles on social media. “We all know Britney didn’t write it. Jamie Spears you are disgusting,” wrote one of the female fans. Interestingly, after some time the post was removed, and when the twin entry appeared, its content was completely different. “I saw an excerpt from the last documentary and I must admit that I was really surprised several times” – this sentence changed its content several times.

The star’s lawyer submits new documents. “Mr. Spears has crossed unfathomable boundaries”

Fan concern is the aftermath of a recent New York Times document which revealed that all of Britney’s telecommunications equipment was under constant surveillance, private calls were routed to her father, and there was a wiretap in her bedroom. Now the American media reports that the star’s lawyer has filed another document in court, which says that the singer’s father “engaged in horrific and conscientious violations of his adult daughter’s privacy.”

“Unauthorized recording or monitoring of Britney’s private communications – especially lawyer-client communications, which is a sacred part of the legal system – is an unjustified and shameful violation of her privacy rights and a striking example of depriving her of her civil liberties,” the star’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart wrote in a special statement. “Putting a listening device in Britney’s bedroom would be particularly frightening and confirms so much of her heartbreaking testimony. Mr. Spears has pushed all bounds,” he added.

Rosengart will demand an uncompromising removal of Jamie Spears from his duty as curator for his daughter. We would like to remind you that the next hearing will be held tomorrow, September 29, during which Britney herself will most likely be questioned again.

Former manager reveals voice messages from Britney Spears. “I am stripped of rights”

Today, on the Netflix platform, the premiere of another document that addresses the issue of Britney’s guardianship will take place. The film was directed by Erin Lee Carr, who previously produced “How to Fix a Drug Scandal” for Netflix and “I Love You, Now Die: The Commonwealth vs. Michelle Carter” for HBO. Britney vs. Spears aims to show previously unknown facts about the #FreeBritney movement.

Britney Spears is fighting for freedom

Jamie Spears has been in charge of her daughter’s affairs since she suffered a mental breakdown in 2008 and was incapacitated by a court of law. In June, Britney testified in court that she had been a victim of many abuses by her father over the years, including she was intoxicated with psychotropic drugs, forced to use contraceptives and to work beyond strength.

During the testimony, Britney repeatedly demanded that her father be removed from the post of probation and even arrested him. Spears’ dismissal was also supported in court testimony by the mother of the star Lynne Spears and Jodi Montgomery, a court-appointed temporary guardian.

In early August, Britney Spears’s lawyer filed a motion to the court for the immediate removal of her father from guardianship over her daughter, which was motivated by the trauma and harm to the singer. The application was rejected by the court without giving any reason, but in mid-August the case took an unexpected turn. Jamie Spears, through his lawyer, filed a statement with the court in which declared his readiness to resign from the function of his daughter’s probation officer.
