And to think that there shouldn’t have been either, yet her presence not only didn’t go unnoticed but was also the most talked about. Because? She acted as the rapper’s personal assistant Megan Thee Stalliontaking care of his performance and on his runway show at Red carpet.

Cara volunteered to help Megan with her dress, a meme-worthy scene that went around the world. The model spoke about the moment on the show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and explained how she ended up present at the awards show in May.

“Basically I was working as her”personal assistant”I needed a side job,” Delevingne joked, before telling Fallon that she had actually been to Las Vegas, Nevada, with friends and at the time “really wanted” to watch the performance of Megan Thee Stallion. “I was in Las Vegas with her friends, I wanted to see her sing and she asked me to accompany her.”

The photos in discussion captured Delevingne poking her head around a corner, and later, standing to one side and lifting the train of the rapper’s dress as she posed for photos on the red carpet. Cara defined the gesture “encouragement” and supportso much so that she revealed that she brought along a notebook to help Megan memorize her acceptance speech for Top Rap Female Artist.

The 29-year-old model certainly doesn’t let herself be intimidated by the spotlight and shamelessly lay down on the floor to take pictures of the guests at the event. Furthermore Delevingne is sitting in the front row of her, together with Megan, without ever feeling “too much” and she said: «I was living my better life, but people found it a bit strange. People find me a little weird, but that’s me. Without any shame.”
