In the last few hours, all the Brazilian concerts of the world tour have been canceled, which next summer will also stop in Italy, more precisely in Milan and Naples. To Chris Martin, 45 yearswas diagnosed with one severe lung infection. Doctors advised Dakota Johnson’s boyfriend to take three weeks of absolute rest. On social networks, Coldplay posted an official statement in which they talk about a rather serious problem, which cannot be overlooked superficially.

At the moment no further details have been provided on the Chris Martin’s disease but the artist seems determined to heal and return to the stage stronger and more charged than ever. In the meantime, the eight concerts scheduled for October in Brazil have been postponed to a later date.

From 11 to 22 October the band would split between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. It is still unclear whether Chris Martin will be able to recover in time for Argentina fans: a series of shows is scheduled in Buenos Aires from 25 October to 8 November.

In June, however, Chris Martin and Coldplay should return – barring unforeseen events – to Italy with shows in Milan and Naples. In this period of forced rest, the musician will be able to count on the presence of his girlfriend Dakota Johnson, the actress of Fifty Shades of Gray.
