According to “La Gazzetta dello Sport”, Christian Eriksen resumed training 173 days after he suffered a heart attack in front of the whole world during the Euro 2020 match. The Dane then had to be revived, fortunately the medics’ intervention brought the expected result. Later, however, Eriksen had to undergo a cadrioverter-defibrillator implantation, he was recovering for a long time under the supervision of doctors.

Now apparently the Inter midfielder has finally got permission to return to light training. According to information from the Danish media, Eriksen showed up in the morning on the pitch in Odense, Denmark, where he was running, doing simple exercises and shooting training under the watchful eye of a personal trainer.

The Danish midfielder was an Odense BK player before he joined Ajax Amsterdam.

It is not clear yet what the professional future of 29-year-old Eriksen will be. It is said that he could resume his career in Denmark or return to Ajax Amsterdam. However, these are only rumors, and the player himself does not want to increase the media hype around his person at the moment.
