He died this morning in Naples Giampiero Ventronecurrent athletic trainer of the Tottenham by Antonio Conte. Ventrone, famous for being called “Marine”, was a leading man of Juventus in the era of Giraudo and Moggi and with the coaches Lippi and Conte. From the first information, Ventrone would have died of one fulminant leukemia. Neapolitan by origin, Ventrone was 62 years old: the nickname “Marine” derives from his military past and from the “military” precision with which he athletically prepared footballers.
