On July 14, TMZ learned that the mother of the family died of complications related to an obstruction of her small intestine caused by taking various drugs to lose weight. It was this bad cocktail that took away Elvis Presley’s only daughter. His mother, Priscilla Presley, had announced his death on social networks. “My beloved daughter, Lisa Marie, was rushed to hospital. She is now receiving the best care. Please pray for her”she wrote, a few hours before she died. “She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I know”she said in a statement confirming the death of her daughter.
