Serena Williams’ husband and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian recently revealed his costume for their daughter Olympia’s ballet recital, which she will be attending.
The 23-time Grand Champion and tech entrepreneur welcomed their first daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., on September 1, 2017. As a tribute to Williams winning the 2017 Australian Open when she was eight weeks pregnant, the couple cleverly decided to give their daughter the initials AO.
Williams and Ohanian announced their second pregnancy during the 2023 Met Gala. On August 22, she gave birth to her second daughter, Adira Rivers Ohanian.
Alexis Ohanian is fond of sharing delightful photos of Olympia and the precious moments he spends with her on his personal social media accounts. The father-daughter duo has similar interests, as Ohanian often posts photos of them engaging in various activities. From drawing and baking together to playing video games, jet skiing, and even fishing.
Ohanian, who is actively involved in Olympia’s extracurricular activities, previously said he volunteered to attend her upcoming ballet recital. He also attended their first rehearsal to prepare for the much-awaited performance.
Recently, Alexis Ohanian took to social media to share an exciting update where she revealed that she had her dress fitted for Olympia’s ballet recital.
“The proper costumes for the ballet of Olympia have been created,” Ohanian posted on X (formerly Twitter).

As a result, he relies heavily on FaceTime to maintain a strong relationship with his daughter, even though they are miles apart.
Recently, Ohanian shared a screenshot of his FaceTime call with Olympia on social media, during which the six-year-old used a humorous shark filter to engage in a playful conversation with her dad.
“I’m trying to FaceTime my 6 year old shark,” Ohanian captioned his Instagram Story.
Earlier, the 40-year-old had shared a pleasant anecdote about his FaceTime routine with Olympia. He revealed on his social media platforms that whenever he is apart from his daughter, he enjoys connecting with her through FaceTime using the poop emoji filter.
“When I’m on the road, I FaceTime Junior with the poop emoji,” Ohanian posted.
