Director David Yates has decided to take a break from the magical world of ‘Fantastic Beasts’ and, while waiting to start filming the fourth chapter of the saga, will direct Emily Blunt in the thriller ‘Pain Hustlers’. The story is that of a woman who finds herself at the center of a criminal conspiracy. Filming will begin on August 22 this year.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the screenplay for the film was written by Wells Tower, who is a newcomer to the world of film writers, but already has three of his scripts in the works. The plot of ‘Pain Hustlers’ tells the vicissitudes of a person who, after abandoning his studies, starts working at a pharmaceutical company on the verge of bankruptcy. He manages to lift her up and catapult her into the world of realities that matter, but “he finds himself at the center of a criminal conspiracy with deadly consequences“(thus reads the official synopsis).
For her part, Emily Blunt adds value to the project, because she has become one of the most popular actresses of the moment thanks to films like ‘Edge of Tomorrow’, ‘A Quiet Place’, ‘The devil wears Prada’, ‘The guardians of destiny’ and ‘The fisher of dreams’. She will devote herself to ‘Pain Hustlers’ as soon as she finishes filming ‘Oppenheimer’Christopher Nolan’s film that tells the story of one of the scientists who developed the atomic bomb (expected in theaters in July 2023).
