CINEMA Will start Sunday 7 August the week of Piedmont documenteur filmfest, an event chaired by Ilaria Chiesa. The goal is to reward the best of five fake documentaries, to be filmed in as many villages of the Langa during the days of the event. The selected troupes are: Objective film (Maura Bruno, Sonia Iacobone and Jessica Rodinò) a Serravalle Langhe; Marsican bears (Alex Banzi, Francesco Meatta and Marco Sansoni) a Monforte d’Alba; Pasta alla Norma (Guglielmo Basili, Gabriele Pappalardo and Norma Rosso) a New; Braised without glory (Domenico Bruzzese, Marco Mola and Bruno Ugioli) a Sinio and Condorito (Dario Bonelli, Frediano Cignolini and Juan Carlos Cid Esposito) a Murazzano. The regulation provides for the active involvement, by the directors, of the population of the Municipalities.
The projections and the awards will happen Saturday 13th August at 21 inHorszowski auditorium of Monforte d’Alba. The winners decreed by the jury, composed of Alessandro Ingaria, Lucila Riggio, Sergio Troiano and Fabrizio Divided, will receive three thousand euros. There will also be the Distribution Award, which provides for a free one-year contract offered by ShortsFit Distribución, and the Audience Award, with a weekend of screenings at the Ambrosio Cinecafè in Turin up for grabs.
