The screenwriters of the film about the Fantastic 4 have been chosen

According to insiders, the writing duo have been involved in the project for some time, even before Shakman was cast as director, and have outlined the placement of this next series of films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe together with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige. The intention, therefore, would be to carry out several projects on the Fantastic 4. Still no updates on the cast of the film. Fans keep clamoring John Krasinski and Emily Blunt respectively as Reed Richards / Mr. Fantastic and Susan Storm / Invisible Woman. The Office actor had a big cameo just like Mr. Fantastic in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but it’s not 100% confirmed a return of him. Fox had already tried to bring the Fantastic 4 back to the scene with a reboot released in 2015, massacred by critics and audiences.

Jon Watts, director of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man trilogy, was originally cast, but the director preferred to abandon the project. Kevin Feige welcomed Watts’ decision very sympathetically, thanking him for his great contributions and hoping to be able to work with him again in the future. In fact, it is rumored that, after this break, Watts may return to direct the fourth Spider-Man film with Tom Holland (practically already confirmed). The reboot of the Fantastic 4, long coveted by fans, will arrive in theaters on November 8, 2024 and officially kick off phase 6 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
