“I have decided to only do the big festivals in recent years,” Coone told us a few days ago. It’s the Belgian DJ, pillar of the hardstyle scene, who says it, LOA plays in the big leagues. For its LOA by POST edition, the Luxembourg festival expanded the reception area to accommodate more than 12,000 electro fans on three stages, Place de l’Europe.

At the start of the evening, the sound was banging with Razzle Dazzler on the Inferno Stage. On the big stage, German DJ Pajane played some very energetic house music. His compatriot Glockenback succeeded him. Mask on his face, hood on his head, the Bavarian played bootlegs and EDM remixes, from Milky Chance to Travis Scott, concluding his scene standing on his table with a remix of “Midnight City” by M83.

As night fell, jets of flame and other confetti cannons colored the Luxembourg sky. Star of the evening, W&W let out a “Moien Lëtzebuerg!” on arrival. The Dutch duo sent out big sound, and EDM remixes in spades, hardening and speeding up their beats. And we couldn’t count on Coone to calm things down. The Belgian DJ, pillar of the hardstyle scene, watered the place with his supercharged BPMs. Time for the second act on Saturday evening.
