While its season will begin on September 18, the Cinérépertoire has unveiled its programming, which will give pride of place to French cinematography.

Indeed, seven of the ten screenings will be of French origin. The season will open with the detective thriller La nuit du 12. It will be followed by the drama L’Immensité, an Italian film starring Penelope Cruz on September 25.

On October 2, the film Sur les chemins noirs with Jean Dujardin will be shown. Tom Hanks and Scarlett Johansson will star in Asteroid City on October 9.

Also, on November 6, as part of a partnership with CREDIL Lanaudière, the documentary La famille de la forêt will be presented.

The Cinérépertoire now comes under the Cinéma RGFM, which benefits from a film selection committee made up of cinephiles chaired by Jacques Larocque. The films will be shown on Mondays at 7 p.m. and Tuesdays at 1 p.m. General admission is set at $10 and $9.50 for students.
