Top model Gisele Bundchen had a special conversation with the magazine PeopleLast Friday, in New York, for the first time in almost a year, to talk about her divorce from football legend Tom Brady.

In fact, after overcoming panic attacks, anxiety and depression in her twenties, Gisele, now 43, recently went through another tumultuous time. In his interview with the magazine, he revealed his determination to never give up.
In 2020, during the pandemic, the model home-schooled her children, Well13 years old, and Vivian10, whom she shares with Brady.
In the paper, she indicates that amidst the suffering of the health crisis and her ex-husband’s busy schedule, her family had to move to Tampa Bay, Florida, to support the end of his sports career.
They divorced a few months later, and Bündchen left Tampa Bay to relocate to Miami. Then, as if that were not enough, in the shadow of these dramatic changes, she also had to take care of her two sick parents.
“It was a very difficult time for my family, in all aspects of my life. It seems as if every time it rains, it pours. Facing all the ups and downs of life, we can do the best we can given the circumstances,” he revealed.
To stay focused, the mom relies on meditation, but also on daily training that includes walking, yoga and weight training, which shows that she is now completely focused on wellness.
The Brazilian woman also gave up alcohol permanently to improve her sleep and daily appearance. This represents an incredibly beneficial change in this regard.
She concludes by encouraging all women to put themselves first, refocus on themselves, and achieve their well-being, no matter what challenges they are going through.
