Football fever is unmatched.

While this videogame summer continues undaunted, the  Italian software ranking continues to show us which are the best-selling games in our country, including GTA V again.

If last week it was FIFA 21 that took the top position again, this time too the football simulator beats everything and everyone.

This is due to the fact that the hype for the next FIFA 22 is increasing every day, as well as the presence of the European football championship EURO 2020 has certainly stimulated the “fever” towards football.

So, exactly like seven days ago, once again it is the EA football simulator that stands out, while in second place we find another game that needs no introduction.

IIDEA  – the Association that represents the video game industry in Italy – has in fact published the weekly ranking of the best-selling video games in Italy, from June 28 to July 4.

In second place we find the unstoppable GTA V, the Rockstar masterpiece that does not seem to want to leave the Top 3.

In third position Just Dance 2021 for Nintendo Switch consoles, the latest chapter of the musical series developed by Ubisoft which in recent weeks seems to have regained enormous popularity.

The ranking of the best-selling games on PC over the past week sees an equally interesting triptych.

In the first place, we find again Sekiro Shadows Die Twice, the souls like of FromSoftware set in Feudal Japan.

The second position for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft’s tactical shooter, while in third place we find Grand Theft Auto V, on the podium also as regards the ranking for personal computers.

Speaking of FIFA 22, we remind you that this year the gap between one generation and another will be more marked, at least according to the first details released these days.

But not only that: our Paolo has pitted some of the features on which the new iteration of the EA Sports football franchise will rest.

Finally, still talking about football and Italy’s recent victory at EURO 2020, have you read that PlayStation and Xbox have also congratulated the national team?
