After the release of Slime You OutDrake’s new single in duet with SZAFriday September 15, the actressIn the shadow of hatred revealed in a series of comments on Instagram that the rapper “didn’t have” his approval to use the image as the song’s cover art.
“He didn’t have my permission,” she wrote when a fan asked her opinion on the cover. That’s not cool, I thought better of him! »

When a fan asked why she was so “angry” since the photo “belongs to Getty Images,” the actress explained that the Canadian rapper first asked her for permission and she refused. “Because he asked me and I said NO, that’s why,” she replied in her comments on Instagram. Why ask if you intend to do what you want! It was like a middle finger to me. Not cool, you know? »
She added in response to another user: “He asked his team to call my team and I said NO. I didn’t like that image of slime on my face in association with his song. And he chose to do it anyway! You see… it’s a lack of respect. Not cool ! »
