Proven but quite unusual research claims that handsome men are more likely to have daughters, and especially beautiful ones.
This theory is supported by the Japanese psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa. He believes that handsome men are more likely to have daughters than sons.
Obviously this is a rather unusual study, but after other studies on men not finding things by nature or suffering from very little fever, this study also seems rather bizarre to us! But let’s try to understand what Kanazawa “discovered”.
The study was conducted at the London School of Economics and found that the most attractive men are 26% more likely to have daughters. The results of the research were published in the scientific journal Journal of Theoretical Biology e takes as an example the case of a famous couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
Considering little girls tend to look like dads, they are more likely to be beautiful.
Dr. Satoshi Kanazawa explains:
“With this research we have demonstrated two things: Lthe first is that handsome men transmit beauty to their children, the second concerns the likelihood that it is mainly daughters who benefit from it. This determines the higher chances of having girls.
We have also shown that women are on average more attractive than men, because throughout the history of human evolution the propensity of beautiful people to have daughters has accumulated and increased from century to century, so that girls have become more and more attractive than men. lads”.
A very unusual theory.
What do you think about it? do you agree?
Some time ago research claimed that children grow smarter if they spend more time with their dads from an early age. This research was conducted by three prestigious universities: Imperial College London, King’s College London and Oxford University.
The study was later published in “Infant Mental Health Journal” and also demonstrates all the benefits of having a dad present from an early age.
