Nicole Kidman Maintains Her Distance From Harvey Weinstein
Nicole Kidman, who collaborated with Harvey Weinstein on films such as The Hours, Cold Mountain, and Lion, maintains that she had limited awareness of the misconduct allegations until they surfaced publicly last year. However, she expressed a strong desire to minimize her interactions with the producer due to his stringent control over her publicity commitments.

Nicole Kidman Married Tom Cruise For Protection In Hollywood
Nicole Kidman almost never delves into her relationship with Tom Cruise. They tied the knot in 1990, having met while working on the set of Days of Thunder in late 1989, and remained married until 2001. At the outset of their romance, Cruise was already an established and bankable star, while Kidman was a budding young actress, taking her first steps in Hollywood with Days of Thunder as her debut American film.

However, in an article for The Cut, the actress provides a glimpse into that chapter of her life, sharing that her association with a prominent movie star had an unforeseen consequence.
Kidmand told The Cut:
“I got married very young, but it definitely wasn’t power for me — it was protection. I married for love, but being married to an extremely powerful man kept me from being sexually harassed. I would work, but I was still very much cocooned. So when I came out of it at 32, 33, it’s almost like I had to grow up.”
Tom Cruise’s influence in the industry seemingly shielded her from experiencing sexual harassment. Nicole Kidman is currently married to Keith Urban.
