Actor Ron Perlman exchanged alliances with actress Allison Dunbar seven months after signing his divorce from Opal Stone, the mother of his two children and the star’s wife of 38 years. The marriage of the protagonist of two of the films in the franchise ‘Hellboy’ came to the public through a post by his new companion on social media. She reported on Instagram that the ceremony took place in Italy on June 14.
The actress posted a video in which she and her husband appear dancing while playing a Frank Sinatra hit, ‘You Make Me Feel So Young’. The song may be a reference to the couple’s age difference: Perlman is 72 years old, 23 years older than Dunbar (49). Watch the video by clicking here.
“Giving a Kravis before it became fashionable,” Dunbar wrote in the caption of the post revealing the wedding. In this case, “Kravis” is the combination of the names Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, in reference to the marriage of the socialite with the musician, which also took place in Italy.
Dunbar’s recent posts show that she and her husband mended their marriage in Italy with an extended honeymoon across Europe. The actress’s most recent records show her and Perlman enjoying restaurants and tours in the south of France.
In addition to the first two ‘Hellboy’, Perlman is also remembered for his presence in productions such as ‘The Name of the Rose’ (1986), ‘Alien – The Resurrection’ (1997), ‘Blade 2’ (2002) and ‘O Alley Nightmare’ (2021).
Perlman signed his divorce from Opal Stone Perlman in November last year, two years after starting the separation proceedings. He and his ex were married for 38 years, during which time they had two children: Blake (37) and Delroy (31).
The actor’s marriage of nearly 40 years came to an end in 2019, months after he and Dunbar, his co-star on the series ‘StartUp’, were caught kissing at a restaurant in Pasadena, California. He and the actress soon began dating and engagement.
Also a model, Dunbar has her career as an actress mainly focused on television work. In addition to her partnership with Perlman on ‘StartUp’, she has also starred in ‘Two Girls in Trouble’, ‘The Soprano Family’ and ‘Quick Draw’.
The divorce settlement between Perlman and his former jewelry designer left her the mansion they shared in Los Angeles and a Mercedes-Benz car. He kept a Tesla car and his bank accounts and shared the shared accounts with his ex.
The US Justice also imposed on the actor the payment of US$ 40,000 (R$ 225,900) of the fees that Opal had with his lawyers and US$ 12,500 (R$ 70,745) per month in alimony to the ex. He will only be able to withhold this amount in case the mother of his children goes to the altar again or passes away.
The actor must still give 20% of his gross annual income to Opal, as long as that amount is between $624,000 and $1.5 million per year.
