Increase in restaurant prices. Jakub and Dawid showed the horror receipts

Jakub Kwieciński and Dawid Mycek owe their popularity to publishing their own music videos for Polish and foreign songs. Today, their activity consists mainly in acting for LGBT people and promoting themselves in social media, where they also share their private lives. This time they published a post in which they highlight the problem of rising prices.

The men went to a restaurant in Hel, where they had already stayed two years ago. They found an old bill and decided to compare prices. To their surprise, they increased by as much as 40 percent.

– wrote the men on Instagram.

The couple ordered two soups: tomato soup and broth, and two pork chops with bone. Exactly two years ago, in the same restaurant, a tomato soup cost PLN 9, a broth – PLN 8, and a pork chop with bone – PLN 26. On the receipt from this year, the increase in prices is diametric: tomato soup costs PLN 14, broth PLN 13, and pork chops as much as PLN 35.

Jakub and Dawid summed up the whole event quite accurately. They ended the post with a question: “Government politicians say that you have to remember that with the increase in prices, after all, our salaries are rising … We will ask the question: Who has the salary increased by 40% in the last two years?”

As you can see, the increase in prices is more and more visible, also in the catering industry.
