Isle of the Dead: Pilot episode of The Walking Dead spin-off completed

Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dean Morgan have wrapped filming the pilot episode of The Walking Dead spin-off Isle of the Dead. The two actors, who return as the rivals Maggie and Negan in the series post-apocalyptic set in New York City, they announced they completed the first episode during the special The Walking Dead Universe Preview 2022 on Sunday. In March, AMC Networks announced that it has greenlighted the showrunner’s new series Eli Jorne and the executive producer Scott M. Gimple.
