Arsenal legend Thierry Henry was left stunned by Mohamed Salah’s attributes in EA FC 24 and believes the Egyptian should have been rated higher.

EA Sports released its latest title this month and revealed the highest-rated players in world football, led by Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.

Mohamed Salah made the list and finished 13th with an overall rating of 89 in the game, just one less than last year.

The 30-year-old’s new rating means his attributes will also be low as his shooting and dribbling have troubled Thierry Henry in particular late on.

The Frenchman was asked to review Salah’s card for FC24 and he felt the game makers worked hard with the Liverpool winger.

“Only?” Henry responded through Bleacher Report When he heard Salah’s dribbling. “I like people who go to the goal. I like players who dribble and pass someone, which is in the title, you’re dribbling someone, right?

“A lot of people do a lot of things I call bullshit. Are you reaching your goal or not? And Mo Salah, when he gets the ball, he goes!

“I can always remember one person I loved watching in the Premier League, that is Eden Hazard. This is what I call dribbling. You reach your goal.

“He didn’t showboat, he was going towards the goal. Eden, you can kick him, you can do anything, he used to round people and go to goal.

“That’s what a dribbler is to me. I think it’s a bit low for Mo Salah, but in primetime, I would have been there too,” he said.
