Jennifer Aniston explained why she distanced herself from some of her friends who refused to vaccinate. Earlier this week, the actress of “Friends” said she “lost a few people from (her) weekly routine (meetings)” who chose not to vaccinate against Covid.
Some of her Instagram followers have asked why she is so worried, considering she was vaccinated. “Because if you have a (new) variant, you can still infect me with it,” she wrote on Thursday. “I may get a little sick, but I will not be admitted to the hospital or I will die. But I can pass it on to someone else who does not have the vaccine and whose health is at risk (or has a prior illness) – and therefore put their lives at risk. ”
The actress commented on her story on Instagram, which allows users to post photos, videos and news that only stay live for 24 hours. In her interview with InStyle, published this week, Aniston said: There are still quite a few people who are anti-vaccines or who simply don’t listen to the facts. It’s a real shame. “I just lost a few people in my weekly (meetings) routine who refused or did not disclose (whether they were vaccinated or not), and it was unfortunate. I feel it is your moral and professional duty to report this because not everyone is tested every day. ” “It’s difficult because everyone is entitled to their own opinion – but many opinions seem to be based on nothing but fear or propaganda.”
Aniston is one of the most famous actresses in the world, thanks in large part to her role as Rachel in the American sitcom “Friends.”
Earlier this year, the cast of the series hit the headlines when they met again on screen for the first time in 17 years.
Aniston broke the Instagram record when she joined the social media platform in 2019 and now has 37 million followers.
