In a new interview with InStyle, Aniston revealed that she had to cut off some friends who refused to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or refused to disclose information about a possible vaccine.
“I lost a few people with whom I interacted on a daily basis who either refused to vaccinate or refused to disclose whether or not they were vaccinated. It was very sad,” said the 52-year-old actress, who became an international star thanks to the series “Friends “.
“I believe it is our moral and professional duty to report on our status. There is no way to test ourselves every day,” continued Aniston.
“This can be problematic, because each of us has the right to have our own opinion – but many opinions are based solely on fear and propaganda.”
The Morning Show star added that it “is a shame that there are still many people who are anti-vaccine or who don’t listen to the facts.”
As the US government encouraged its citizens to wear masks during a pandemic, Aniston tried to do the same with its 37 million observers.
The actress also publicly opposed those who criticize the wearing of the masks and told about her friend Kevin, who was hospitalized due to COVID-19.
“You will think of the people who suffered from this terrible virus,” she wrote on Instagram. “Do it for your family. And especially for yourself. COVID-19 affects people of all ages.”
