Emme and J-Lo performed the song “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri. Jennifer used the non-binary pronouns to refer to Emme.

“The last time we performed together was in a stadium like this one”, exclaimed J-Lo in front of the audience who captured the moment in videos that circulate on the network. “I asked ‘elu’ the whole time to sing with me, but ‘elu’ didn’t want to,” Lopez continued, referring to his historic appearance alongside his daughter in Super Bowl LIV in 2020.

“So this is a very special occasion. Elu was very, very busy (…) Elu costs me a lot of money when she leaves. But it’s worth every penny because elu is my favorite duet of all time.”, she commented.

The video of J-Lo introducing his daughter Emme with neutral pronouns quickly went viral, and fans reacted to it on social media.

“Yes, elu is definitely coming out of the closet and mom delu is there to support her until the end,” exclaimed one TikTok user.


Jennifer Lopez is all love for Ben Affleck. And on Father’s Day, celebrated in the United States on Sunday, June 19, the singer paid tribute to the actor on her social networks, calling him ‘the most loving father there is’.

Ben, who has three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, also embraced parenthood with the bride’s twins, Max and Emme, whom J-Lo had with Marc Anthony.

After sharing a cute video of Ben with his children and stepchildren, she wished the 49-year-old actor a Happy Father’s Day.

“Happy Father’s Day to the most caring, loving, affectionate, consistent and selfless dad ever. #HappyFathersDay my love,” Jennifer wrote to her fiance on Instagram.

She also shared a video that featured cute photos and videos of her and Ben over the years, including when they were first together in the early 2000s, along with more recent posts.

“This is the best time of my life. I love my career, but nothing is more important or more fulfilling to me than being able to build a family with someone I love deeply and who is as dedicated to family and each other as we can be. And I feel incredibly blessed,” she added.
