Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Who will win in the court dispute?

Amber Heard became a mother in April. Her daughter is named Oonagh Paige Heard. This happy news will not make her relationship with Johnny Depp forgotten. Based on Heard’s testimony, it was found that Depp was committing domestic violence against her. At one point, recordings appeared that presented a completely different version of the events than the one Amber Heard told the world. It was the actress who was committing violence against her husband. Then the hate lava poured out on Depp’s ex-wife.

Heard and Depp met in 2011 on the set of Dziennik dosed with rum. Amber was then 25 and Johnny 48. It was for her that the actor abandoned his longtime partner, singer and actress Vanessa Paradis, the mother of his two children. The actor married Heard in 2015. Their marriage lasted a year.

In connection with the divorce, Depp made a court commitment to, inter alia, to Heard’s compensation of $ 7 million. The money was to be donated to charity, more specifically the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. It is known that a large part of this amount is still in the hands of Heard. When the actor’s attorneys contacted the aforementioned hospital in 2019, they received information that Depp’s ex-wife had not donated any money to the facility.

By court ruling, the ACLU must show documents proving that Amber transferred the money to the foundation’s account. If Heard’s version of the donation, to both organizations, is not confirmed, the woman could face dire consequences. Not only will she be accused of perjury and facing imprisonment, but the actress’s credibility in further battles with Depp will be undermined.

The accusations against Depp resulted in the complete exclusion of the actor from the cream of Hollywood. He lost the chance for new roles, his career was over. He was kicked from the cast of new parts of Pirates of the Caribbean and Fantastic Beasts. Many people attacked the star. However, there were also those who stood up for him.

The most interesting thing is that throughout the war between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, the actor’s former partners, Winona Ryder and Vanessa Paradis, were on his side. Women have repeatedly indicated that Depp never used violence against them, on the contrary, they could always count on his protectiveness. Depp’s bodyguard said he hadn’t seen the actor bully Amber. Johnny Depp brought a case against Amber Heard to a court in Virginia, due to the coronavirus pandemic it was postponed to April 2022.
