jordan romano is back

The Toronto Blue Jays just announced some huge news: Jordan Romano is finally back in the club’s bullpen.

To make room for him, Nate Pearson moves to AAA.

He joins Jordan Hicks, Eric Swanson, Genesis Cabrera, Tim Mezza, Yimi Garcia, Jay Jackson and Bowden Francis in the bullpen.

Talk about a good bullpen…especially with Chad Green and Trevor Richards coming back. Who will step down besides Francis?

Short. Suffice it to say that Pearson and Zach Popp will have to be patient as the club is hitting well right now and the relievers are relatively healthy.

However, this can change quickly.

Even Though Jordan Hicks Is In Town After Romano’s Injury, He Won’t Be Coming Closed not organize their own matches since the deadline. Romano regained his throne.

But there is a whole committee to reach that.

So the Cardinals’ move to a fireball reliever provided the depth the club wanted at the end of the season. This is good news.

Next Step? Look again at Bo Bichette at shortstop.
