Season 4 of the hit mystery series will stream in two parts on May 27 and July 1.
Stop: Netflix has just released the first images of the highly anticipated fourth season from Stranger Things which, as previously announced, will be available in two parts outgoing on May 27 and the July 1st. In short, we are divided by more than two months from the debut of the new episodes but, thanks to these first photos, we have new advances on which to struggle. See them all below.
Stranger Things 4: The plot of the fourth season
By the time we reunite with Hawkins’ young friends, it will be six months since the battle of Starcourt, which had brought terror and destruction to the city. But their paths, for the first time, will have separated: Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) moved in with Will (Noah Schnapp) and the Byers in California and the hardships of high school don’t make things easier. As we have learned from the latest Stranger Things teaserHowever, spring break will be approaching and friends will likely find each other again. And their reunion could hardly be smoothly; according to Nefflix, “in this particularly vulnerable time comes a new and horrific supernatural threat along with a gory mystery that, once solved, could put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.”
The 4 locations of the new episodes and the previews from the images
In the first photos we find Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Max (Sadie Sink) and Erica (Priah Ferguson) together with the greatest Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Steve (Joe Keery) and Robin (Maya Hawke). The boys will likely be dealing with Creel House, a cursed house once inhabited by a terrifying killer who will have the face of Robert Englund (also known as Freddy Krueger’s Nightmare).
In another circumstance, most likely in California – the second location of the season – to be together are Eleven, Will, Mike (Finn Wolfhard) and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) who seem quite upset by some discovery.
The last two photos take us straight to Russia, where we see Sheriff Jim Hopper (David Harbor) who, as we know, is not dead but was taken prisoner at the end of last season. Joyce seems to have arrived in the Russian snow (Winona Ryder) together with journalist Murray Bauman (Brett Gelman), perhaps to look for it? Judging by the wrecked aircraft behind them, things are not going to go very well. The last location of the season, which however does not seem to appear clearly in these photos, is Hawkins’ laboratory where as a child Eleven she had undergone experiments.
We just have to wait for the official trailer to know more. Meanwhile, take a look at the Stranger Things Season 4 Official Posters.
