What are the ingredients ?

Accompanied by Paris ham, mushrooms and Brie de Melun, this Parisian tart is quick and easy to make. It will be ideal for family lunches or dinner aperitifs. Here’s how to make it at home. For 6 people, you will need the following ingredients:
1 baguette of stale bread
25 cl of water
50g melted butter
200 g of Paris ham in chiffonade
1/4 Brie de Melun, not too mature
2 sprigs of tarragon
4 beautiful pink button mushrooms
Olive oil
Fine gray salt
ground pepper

The steps of the recipe

Start by preheating the griddle over medium heat or your oven to 180°C.
Then, in a salad bowl, work the stale baguette cut into pieces with water and melted butter to obtain a paste. Then line the bottom of a pie dish with the preparation.
