Legia.Net – Legia Warsaw – Legia’s Monday training, Charatin exercised individually

Legia Warszawa players had one training session on Monday. Those who played in the match against Jagiellonia Białystok in a larger amount of time had only regeneration, gym classes and physiotherapists. The others worked in cold and rain.

The group that appeared on the field consisted of seventeen players. Ihor Charatin, however, worked individually, and Lirim Kastrati and Rafael Lopes they were just running around the turf. As announced, they train with the first team as a reward for their position in the reserves Karol Noiszewski, Patryk Pierzak, Rui Gomes and Tomasz Nawotka.

They worked together with the players invited from the reserves Cezary Miszta, Kacper Tobiasz, Maik Nawrocki, Bartłomiej Ciepiela, Jurgen Celhaka, Jakub Kisiel, Andre Martins, Kacper Kostorz, Tomas Pekhart and Szymon Włodarczyk.

The legionnaires started with a warm-up, then they had ball exercises, but there were also poles and hurdles. Then there were maintenance games, work on offensive game patterns and finally shooting training.

The next classes are scheduled for Tuesday at 1.30 pm and will be open to the media for the first quarter of an hour. On Wednesday, the legionnaires will play against Motor in Lublin as part of the 1/8 finals of the Polish Cup.
