Two new series
The original series, set on the fictional planet Eternia, came on TV in 1983 after Mattel’s He-Man action figure became a bestseller. After two seasons the show ended in 1985. Netflix and Mattel are also said to be working on a second new He-Man series, “He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe” will apparently reinterpret the original story about the hero.
