An injury to Christopher Nkunku ruined an excellent pre-season for Chelsea which ended in a 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund.
Marius Wolf opened the scoring by tapping in Samuel Bamba’s shot but academy striker Mason Burstow equalized in the 90th minute.
Chelsea should have won after dominating the full 90 minutes, but chances fell clear, Stonewall missed a penalty and was several times wasteful in front of goal.
Mauricio Pochettino will be pleased with what he has seen despite losing his first game since joining Chelsea.
