Meghan Markle about a miscarriage
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have had a difficult experience. The Duchess of Sussex had a miscarriage a few months ago. She wrote about the misfortune of the 39-year-old in an essay that was published on November 25, 2020 in the New York Times magazine.
– I knew when I was holding my firstborn that I was losing my second. A few hours later I was lying in a hospital bed holding my husband’s hand. I felt the wetness of his hand and kissed his knuckles, wet with our tears. I stared at the cool white walls with glazed eyes. I tried to imagine how we would get out of this – Meghan Markle confessed.
“Losing a child means bringing with it an almost unbearable sadness that many experience but hardly talk about,” she added.
