Ramen Recipe Ingredients

400 grams chicken

1 pack of ramen (Japanese noodles)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

2 eggs

4-5 sprigs of green onion

2 cloves of garlic

half teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon salt

For the above:

4-5 sprigs of green onion (green part will be used)

100 grams soybean sprouts

How to make shoyu ramen?

Boil the chicken with garlic, ginger, green onion and salt in 2 cups of water for about 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the water and shred or cut into cubes.

– Drain the water from the chicken and keep it in another vessel.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Boil it like this for 15 minutes.

Boil 2 cups of water in another vessel and add ramen and baking powder. Cook until the ramen is soft.

Drain the ramen and keep it in a bowl. Add boiled soy sauce water to the pasta.

Add boiled eggs, green onions and boiled chicken pieces on top.

Garnish with soya sprouts and serve.
