Once again, the mBank service has failed in a few months. Clients report login access problems. The bank’s platform itself is very slow. It is not known what is causing the problems.

As reported by Downdetector, there are already several hundred reports in which customers complain about a problem with access to their account. Many people report problems with the operation of BLIK and the inability to log in to the website.

Avalanche number of submissions

The number of notifications from mBank’s clients is growing every minute. This is another situation of this type in which users of mBank’s website struggle with the unstable operation of the services provided. What’s more, on Facebook for a few days you could find comments from many people who referred to the unstable operation of the platform.

So far, mBank has not made any reference to the problems of its clients. Both Facebook and Twitter lack information about the crash in progress, its causes and the estimated time of completion. Without this information, it is difficult to predict how long customer problems may take and when they will regain full access to their services.
