Mila Kunis flashed a big smile while running errands alone in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 40-year-old actress, who wore a soft light blue jacket, faced criticism months ago for asking a judge to be lenient in Danny Masterson’s sentencing.
The mother-of-two, who is married to Ashton Kutcher, paired it with a beige T-shirt with a forest green graphic print.
She added a pair of baggy blue jeans, which she then cuffed, and completed the look with brown moccasin boots.
The “Family Guy” star looked smart in a pair of square, black-rimmed glasses.
Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, went makeup-free for the outing, wearing glasses and no makeup.
Her long, sleek black hair was tied into a ponytail and her short nails were painted with dark nail polish.
Missing from the scene were her husband and two children – nine-year-old daughter Wyatt and seven-year-old son Dimitri.
Last September, Kunis and Kutcher faced criticism after writing letters of support to their friend Danny Masterson.
It is understood they “asked the judge for leniency” after the trial, in which Masterson was found guilty of raping two women and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
After the backlash, insiders claim Mila and Ashton are worried the “damage of it all” could damage their careers.
They later shared a video apology, and Kutcher chose to resign as chairman of the organization fighting child sexual abuse.
“We recognize the pain caused by the letters we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson,” Ashton, 45, said in a short video shared on Instagram.
“We support the victims,” Mira added. “We have done this through our work in the past and will continue to do so in the future.” Comments on this post have been disabled.
Critics were quick to express their dissatisfaction with the “lawyer’s” apology to X.
The couple reportedly chose to stay out of the spotlight for the next few months in the hope that people would “forget” about the order.
The situation has also called their own relationship into question, with many highlighting that Mila was only 14 when she appeared on That ’70s Show, alongside Ashton, who was 19 at the time.
