Also worth mentioning ‘The Fabelmans’, ‘Orlando’, ‘Matrix Resurrections’, ‘A Hero’, ‘Winning Family – King Richard’, ‘Macbeth’, ‘Red’, ‘Red Rocket’, ‘Outdoor Night’, ‘Black Phone’. Last but not least: ‘Hustle’, ‘X: A Sexy Horror Story’, ‘Moonage Daydream’, ‘Triangle of Sadness’, ‘Bros’, ‘Piove’, ‘Bones and All’ and ‘Tori and Lokita’. Incredible, diverse, surprising and exciting stories that take audiences into 2023, full of highly anticipated films starting from ‘Indiana Jones 5’, ‘Barbie’ And ‘Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning – Part 1’.

BABYLON (FROM JANUARY 19)

From the Academy Award Damien Chazelle, director of ‘La La Land’ and ‘Whiplash’, a memorable tale set in 1920s Los Angeles. ‘Babylon’ is a story of outrageous ambition and outrageous excess, tracing the rise and fall of multiple characters in an age of wanton decadence and depravity in glittering Hollywood. KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON (FROM JANUARY 23)

From the last gangster to the first western. After the success of ‘The Irishman’, Martin Scorsese closes the vein that consecrated him in the world of cinema and opens another one with ‘Killers of the Flower Moon‘, his first western. Designed by Apple Studiosdirected and produced by Academy Award winner Martin Scorsese who co-wrote it with Eric Roththe film is based on David Grann’s best-selling ‘Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI’. DiCaprio plays Ernest Burkhart And Lily Gladstone plays Mollie Burkhart, an ethnic Osage woman who falls in love with Ernest. At the beginning of their relationship, Mollie invites him to dinner and from that moment they form a very strong bond. Set in 1920s Oklahoma, the film tells the story of the assassination of several members of the Osage Nation, an area rich in oil settlements; a mysterious series of brutal crimes that became known as the “Osage Reign of Terror”. Originally from Montana, Lily Gladstone is a descendant of the Blackfoot and Perce Nose tribe. She made her film debut in Winter in the blood by Alex and Andrew Smith and recently appeared in Showtime’s ‘Billions,’ as well as Kelly Reichardt’s ‘Certain Women’ and ‘First Cow.’ In the cast of also Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion, William Belleau, Jason Isbell, Louis Cancelmi, Scott Shepherd And Sturgill Simpson.

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP: QUANTUMANIA (COMING FEBRUARY 15)

The new Marvel Studios movie ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania’ will arrive on February 15 in Italian cinemas, distributed by The Walt Disney Company Italy. In the film, which officially kicks off Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Super Heroes Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) they return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp. Along with Hope’s parents, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures, and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) finds a way to defeat the Grand Table. But before gaining his freedom, Wick must face a new enemy who has powerful alliances around the world and has the means to turn old friends into new enemies.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3 (FROM 3 MAY)

The May 3rd the highly anticipated Marvel Studios film debuts in cinemas ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’which will be the last act of the saga that introduced a group of improbable superheroes led by Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Chris Pratt). As the trailer anticipates in the second film of Phase 5 of the MCU, all the beloved protagonists return. Beyond Pratt, too Zoe Saldana in the role of Gamora, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff and the voices of Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooperrespectively Groot and Rocket Racoon in the original version of the film.

INDIANA JONES AND THE WHEEL OF DESTINY (FROM JUNE 30)

“I miss the desert, I miss the sea and waking up every morning wondering what wonderful adventure the new day will bring us”. So Harrison Ford opens the first trailer in Italian of ‘Indiana Jones and the Wheel of Destiny’. The new Lucasfilm feature film, directed by James Mangold, will debut at the cinema in June 2023 and the wait is all for the return of the legendary archaeologist hero who has thrilled many generations. Also in the cast Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Shaunette Renee Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Oliver Richters, Ethann Isidore and Mads Mikkelsenwhile Steven Spielberg and George Lucas they are the executive producers. The fifth installment of the iconic ‘Indiana Jones’ franchise is accompanied by the soundtrack composed once again by John Williamswho has scored every Indiana Jones adventure since the original Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE DEAD RECKONING – PART 1 (FROM JULY 14)

After the success of ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, Tom Cruise returns to the big screen as the iconic Ethan Hunt, grappling again with one of his exciting missions. Also in the cast Vanessa Kirby, Rebecca Ferguson and Simon Pegg and Nicholas Hoult.

OPPENHEIMER (FROM 20 JULY)

‘Oppenheimer’ is the new and highly anticipated film by Christopher Nolan. Set in the 40s, the story tells the figure of American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer (performed by Cillian Murphy), his fame is linked to construction of the first atomic bomb. Furthermore, the film will show how the bomb was developed during the Second World War, when the United States and its team of scientists created the ‘Manhattan Project’, led by Oppenheimer. In the cast, among many, too Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr.

BARBIE (FROM 21 JULY)

Margot Robbie ‘crazy blonde’ on the first image of the highly anticipated Barbiethe film about the famous Mattel doll (who is here in the flesh) directed by Greta Gerwig (‘Lady Bird’, ‘Little Women’) e at the cinema in 2023 distributed by Warner Bros Pictures. The director wrote the film with Noah Baumbach, a former couple also in her life. If you’re wondering, yes there is too Ken. The ‘doll’ will be played by Ryan Gosling. The comedian is also in the cast Will Ferrellas the CEO of the toy company, America Ferrara, Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Michael Cera and Emma Mackey (the beloved Meave in the Netflix series Sex Education). What do all these characters have in common? Definitely the comic vein!

DUNE – PART 2 (OUT NOVEMBER)

Denis Villeneuve to tell the adventures of Paul Atreides (played Timothee Chalamet) and his relationship with Fremen Chani (played by Zendaya). The sequel will pick up from the end of the first film: Paul at war, alongside the Fremen, against those who destroyed his family.
