The actor will fill the absence of Miguel Gomez, the interpreter of agent Ivan Ortiz, who recently left the series.
New entry into the cast of FBI: Most Wanted, CBS’s procedural centered on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Fugitive Task Force, the team working to tick as many names as possible from America’s long list of dangerous fugitives. The actor Edwin Hodgeformerly seen in series as Good Sam And Chicago Firehas signed on to play a new character that we will see in fourth season arriving in the United States on September 20.
FBI: Most Wanted, the character of Edwin Hodge
Hodge will play Ray Cannon, an agent who started his career in New Orleans as a cop then became a junior detective, graduated top of his class at Quantico (following in the footsteps of his retired FBI agent father) and then moved to Remy Scott’s team (Dylan McDermott) of the FBI’s Violent Crimes Office in Albany. The character will thus fill the void left by Miguel Gomez, the interpreter of agent Ivan Ortiz who at the end of the third season, last May, left the series to return home to Los Angeles and take care of his ailing father; a move that the writers justified as a “creative decision”.
