The motorcycle company is creating a lot of anticipation with a very mysterious marketing strategy. But now it’s countdown …
The expectation for the new Honda motorcycle is growing. The motorcycle manufacturer is playing its cards well with a teaser policy that is greatly increasing curiosity about this new model. Today, for example, we are able to show you some very interesting photos of the new two-wheeler.
First of all we apologize for the particularly dark photos, taken from the video released by Honda who, deliberately, does not want to discover his cards too much in view of the official release which is now imminent. But of course we will soon show you this car a lot better.
We are talking about the new one Honda Hawk 11 2022, which will be presented at 38th Osaka Motor Show. The dates are now looming as the important review is scheduled for the dates that go from 19 to 21 March. And the bike is arousing great interest and curiosity. From the new images released by Honda we notice un front fairing that brings it very close to the Honda CB Interceptor.
This bike, you will remember, was designed by Valerio Aiello and exhibited at EICMA in 2017. A two-wheeler that was the forerunner of the Honda Neo Sport Café family. The full LED round headlight, with annular DRL light, looks exactly like the CB1000R. The direction indicators we see in the video and photos are also very similar.
The frame is a double descending beam with split semi-double cradle. Obviously, everything is done thinking about the hardness and stiffness of the bike. Always taking a look at the photos and features disclosed so far, we can also tell you that the Honda Hawk 11 2022 will mount 17 ” wheels and reduced travel suspension.
Also note rather particular mirrors: they are in fact mounted on two brackets that start from the handlebar and then end up in the hollow of the fairing.

The new Hawk 11 2022 will be equipped with a 1084 cc forward-facing twin-cylinder engine. This is the same as the Africa Twin, but also the Rebel 1100 and NT1100. This engine, according to what is learned, should be able to deliver well 102 hp at 7,500 rpm and with a peak torque of 105 Nm at 6,250 rpm. These, in fact, are the numbers he is capable of on the Africa Twin. Although it is not excluded that on the Hawk something slightly different can be created.
