Neymar or Vinicius Jr.? Tite is direct and says who arrives at the World Cup as the biggest star of the Brazilian team

Brazil coach Tite gave an interview to the English newspaper The Guardian and talked about the attackers

In an interview published this Sunday (19) by the English newspaper The Guadianthe technician of Brazilian Team, Titusdidn’t sit on the fence when asked about his attackers.

The European publication questioned the coach about who arrives as Brazil’s biggest star for the 2022 World Cupin Qatar: Neymarof PSGor Vinicius Jr.of Real Madrid.

Despite Vini’s spectacular season, Tite chose Ney and gave his justification.

“Neymar is Neymar. He continues to be our big star. The difference now is that the shine is shared between other stars that can also shine,” he said.

“Neymar’s greatness is that he understands this, about the growth of these boys. He encourages the boys to level up. Time and experience bring that maturity.”

In the numbers and titles of 2021/22, however, Vinicius gave Neymar a “bath”.

For Real Madrid, the former Flamenguista scored 22 goals and 16 assists in 52 matches.

The player meringue invoiced the Champions League (making the title goal on top of the Liverpool), LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup.

Neymar, in turn, recorded 13 goals and 8 assists in 28 games.

The Paris star, however, celebrated only the protocol cup of the French Championship in the season, getting his Champions League and Coupe de France.
