Striker Neymar was present at the charity auction organized by Idrissa Gueye, PSG midfielder last Friday (13) and tried to make an important contribution. The Brazilian player won a ball for 150 thousand euros (R$ 790 thousand) to help in the treatment of Senegalese children with AIDS and cancer treated by the institution “For Hope”.

“See this ball with Neymar Jr? He won this week at a charity auction organized by athlete Idrissa Gana Gueye, his Paris Saint-Germain teammate. The money raised (150,000 euros) will be used to fund the treatment of Senegalese children with HIV/AIDS and cancer treated by “For Hope”. The ball used in the African Cup of Nations (CAN) was signed by all Senegalese players.

In addition, it is worth emphasizing that the striker has his own institute to help children from Praia Grande. The organization has cultural, social and sports activities. Recently, Puma, one of the player’s main partners, closed a partnership to develop uniforms and participate in actions developed on site.
