Notting, a duo of Jura DJs, will mix at the Delta Festival 2023

Notting will join the enticing program of the famous Delta Festival on Sunday. And the duo of French-speaking DJs does not intend to stop there.

Romandie continues to impose itself among the greatest. According to The Jura Daily, Notting, a duo of DJs straight out of the Jura, is about to get the more than 150,000 participants of the Delta Festival dancing. The multi-genre event, which will take place from August 23 to 27 in Marseille, will host renowned stars including Angèle, Feder, Damso and Niska.

Yan Crevoisier and Joris Montavon have come a long way to get there. From their beginnings in 2015, driven by commercial music in village festivals, the two friends have gradually refined their set between house and melodic techno. A turnaround that very quickly seduced the most popular scenes in French-speaking Switzerland, from the Vibiscum Festival, the Montreux Jazz Festival to the considerable Rock’Oz Arène.

Tomorrowland and Burning Man

But these two 25-year-old artists don’t intend to stop there. On the sidelines of their performance this Sunday, August 27 at the Delta Festival, the latter announce more considerable ambitions across borders: “The Kappa Futur Festival in Turin, Tomorrowland in Belgium or Burning Man in Nevada are also part of their wildest dreams”, supports The Jura Daily.

Like Notting, other French-speaking artists shone skilfully abroad. Lately, it is in the field of fashion that the French-speaking region of Switzerland has been able to make people talk about it by integrating the Parisian fashion week thanks to the Genevoise La Fripe à Jo. Prior to this, musicians such as Varnish La Piscine as well as Nnavy were also lauded for being backed by artist Pharrell Williams and renowned studio Colors respectively. (mndl)
